Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 569 of July 2, 2024 - amendments to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 73 of January 27, 2024 on the temporary procedure for the disclosure and provision of information by business entities that are economically significant organisations and certain other entities: Ministry of Economic Development should be provided with information on core organisations that are directly or indirectly owned by foreign persons or entities. If such organisations or their subsidiaries are credit or non-credit financial institutions, information must be sent to the Bank of Russia.
