- Federal Law No. 292-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending the Federal Law on the State Development Corporation "VEB.RF". The President of the Russian Federation signed the law, that provides for the following: - conditions for financing VEB.RF projects have been clarified; - the procedure for activities of the supervisory board has been changed; - powers of the new investment committee under the supervisory board are consolidated; - powers of the board are adjusted.
- Federal Law No. 289-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending the Federal Law on Insolvency (Bankruptcy) and certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation regarding the procedure for extrajudicial bankruptcy of a citizen
- Federal Law No. 287-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending Article 56 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 15 and 24 of the Federal Law on the Status of Servicemen:
- Federal Law No. 282-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amendments to the Federal Law on Charitable Activities and Volunteering and the Federal Law on the Procedure for the Formation and Use of Endowment Fund of Non-Profit Organisations
- Federal Law No. 280-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amendments to the Federal Law on Refugees: the status of a refugee or temporary asylum shall be kept in case of obtaining the right to permanent residence in Russia. The asylum certificate is now also considered as an identity document
- Federal Law No. 279-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending Article 7 of the Federal Law on the Federal Security Service: disclosure of professional secrets by the FSS officials is prohibited
- Federal Law No. 281-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending the Federal Law on the Electricity Industry in terms of improving the procedure for closing-down electric power facilities for repairs and also their removal from operation
- Federal Law No. 290-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation on Protection of Consumers’ Rights: from November 1, 2020 more sellers will be obliged to accept payments using MIR cards
- Federal Law No. 291-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending the Federal Law on Currency Regulation and Currency Control: the list of permitted currency transactions has been changed
- Federal Law No. 294-FZ of July 31, 2020 on Amendments to the Federal Law on the State Corporation for Assistance in the Development, Production and Export of High-Tech Industrial Products "Rostec" and Article 20 of the Federal Law on State and Municipal Unitary Enterprises
- Federal Law No. 302-FZ of July 31, 2020 on amending the Federal Law on Credit Histories in terms of updating the system for keeping credit histories
