- Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1108 of July 24, 2020: conducting on the territory of the Russian Federation an experiment on pre-trial appeal against decisions of control (supervisory) bodies, or actions (failure to act) of its officials
- Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1066 of July 16, 2020 on amending the Rules for Granting Subsidies from the Federal Budget to Russian Credit Institutions to Reimburse Their Lost Income on Loans Issued in 2020 to Strategic (Systemically Important) Organisations and Their Subsidiaries to Replenish Working Capital: the maximum amount of loans for working capital replenishment provided to certain strategic companies and their subsidiaries was increased from three to five billion roubles
- Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1915-r of July 24, 2020: the RF Government has removed restrictions on entry to Russia for citizens of three countries – Great Britain, Tanzania and Turkey. Citizens of the cited countries, as well as persons entitled to reside in these countries, may enter Russia from these countries through air checkpoints
- Information of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated July 24, 2020 on re-opening the international air traffic: the RF Ministry of Transport informs that from August 1, 2020 air traffic from the airports of Moscow, Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-Don shall be re-opened with respect to the UK (London), Turkey (Istanbul and Ankara) and Tanzania (Zanzibar). From August 10, it will also be possible to fly from the cited Russian cities to Antalya, Dalaman and Bodrum (Turkey). All previously introduced restrictions on the number of passengers arriving per day in Moscow and regions on these routes shall be cancelled
