• Order of the Federal Tax Service No. MMV-7-17/318@ of June 21, 2019 - approves the form of a statement on non-recognition as the tax resident of the Russian Federation: such application may be filed by citizens having a tax residence of a foreign state, if they are imposed with the personal sanctions of a foreign state. Refusal of the status of a tax resident of Russia allows to solve the problem of double taxation of such citizens
