• Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 603 of May 15, 2019 – determines additional requirements for operators of electronic platforms, the list of which was approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal Law on the Contractual System in the Area of Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for Meeting State and Municipal Needs, as well as additional requirements to operation of electronic platforms. The document also approves certain amendments to be made into the Regulations on the arrangement and conducting of the sale of state or municipal property in electronic form
