- Federal Constitutional Law No. 5-FKZ of June 23, 2016 extending the transitional period of legal regulation in the Crimea and Sevastopol until January 1, 2019
- Federal Law of June 23, 2016 No. 180-FZ on biomedical cell-based products envisaging that biological material is to be donated on a voluntary basis free of charge, while the purchase and sale thereof are prohibited. Also prohibition extends to the creation of a human embryo and the disruption of development of a human embryo or foetus for the purposes of developing, making or using a cell-based product. The making of biomedical cell-based products is subject to licensing

- Federal Law No. 191-FZ of June 23, 2016 simplifies the procedure for opening accounts at credit organisations, including cases when a legal entity is being formed
- Federal Law of June 23, 2016 No. 193-FZ envisaging that now land plots of the Russian Housing Development Foundation are sold at the prices stated in leases. The foundation may sell land plots for various purposes, like the construction of facilities for manufacturing of building materials, the creation of industrial parks, business incubators etc., this right may be realised by leaseholders until January 1, 2018
