• Information Message of the Federal Service on Alcohol Market Regulation of June 14, 2013 on keeping record of the volume of the various kinds of spirits carried by motor road transport and new rules for the companies engaged therein which are required to provide data to the automated system intended to monitor the carriage of ethanol and alcohol-containing products and to the comprehensive state-run system monitoring the volume of such products produced and handled. To do so they have to get connected to these systems
