  The new form is used from the first six months of 2012.
   
• Letter of the Department of the Tax and Customs Tariff Policy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 03-02-08/47 of May 16, 2012
  The fine for the failure to submit the tax declaration may be reduced in the presence of alleviating circumstances.
