  Reduces the above rates.
   
• Letter of the Federal Tax Service No. YeD-4-3/15639@ of September 23, 2011 on the Procedure of Release of Ethyl Alcohol to Organisations Producing Non-Excisable Alcohol-Containing Products and Alcohol-Containing Products in Metal Spray Containers
  A new procedure of application of excise duty tax in the above cases is in effect from July 1, 2011.
