  Reduces the rates for the above credits.
   
• Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 2690-U of September 14, 2011 on the Interest Rate for Credits Secured with Gold
  Reduces the rate for the above credits.
   
• Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 2677-U of August 26, 2011 on the Amount of Payment for the Right of Use of Intraday Credits of the Bank of Russia
  The amount of payment for the right of use of intraday credits is not changed, making zero.
   
• Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 2689-U of September 14, 2011 on the Interest Rates for Lombard Credits of the Bank of Russia
  The rates for lombard credits of the Central Bank of Russia are reduced by 0.25 percentage points.
   
• Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 2688-U of September 14, 2011 on the Interest Rates for Deposit Operations of the Bank of Russia
  The fixed rates for deposit operations of the Bank of Russia are increased by 0.25 percentage points from mid-September.
