  Provides a new wording for the technology of accepting of estimates of insurants for accrued and paid insurance contributions in the electronic form using the electronic digital signature (Form-4 FSS).
   
• Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources No. 33 of February 14, 2011 on the Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation No. 340 of December 12, 2005 on the Endorsement of the Procedure and Terms of Use of Geological and Other Information on Subsoil Resources Owned by the State
  From January 1, 2011 abandons collection of payment for the geological infromation on subsoil resources.
