• Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 480 of November 18, 2010 on the Adjustment of the Rate of Import Customs Duty of the Joint Customs Tariff of the Customs Union for Heparin and Its Salts
  The rate of import customs duty for heparin and its salts is reduced from 10% to 0% of the customs cost.
   
• Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union No. 481 of November 18, 2010 on the Temporary Prohibition to Export Light Distillates and Products, Kerosene and Gas Oils from the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
  Kazakhstan prolongs the above prohibition for six months.
   
• Direction of the Central Bank of Russia No. 2513-U of November 8, 2010 on the Amendments to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 110-I of January 16, 2004 on the Obligatory Normatives of Banks
  Adjusts the procedure of calculation of obligatory normatives of banks.
