Депутаты предлагают ввести для автостраховщиков ответственность за слишком долгий или некачественный ремонт по ОСАГО. Как следует наказывать страховщиков за эти нарушения? 

• Штрафовать в пользу водителей за каждое нарушение
• Штрафовать в пользу государства за массовые нарушения
• Запрещать выдачу полисов ОСАГО на определенный срок в случае массовых нарушений
• Запрещать сотрудничество с автосервисами-нарушителями
