• Federal Law No. 223-FZ of June 28, 2021 on amending the Federal Law on Currency Regulation and Currency Control - For exporters of non-primary products, the mandatory repatriation of foreign exchange earnings to their accounts has been cancelled.
  
   
• Federal Law No. 232-FZ of June 28, 2021 on amending the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation - Liability for violations in the sphere of arms trafficking has been toughened and punishment has been introduced for participation in the activities of unwanted foreign organisations.
  
   
• Federal Law No. 231-FZ of June 28, 2021 on amending Federal Law on Weapons and certain legal acts of the Russian Federation - Control over the circulation of weapons is tightened.
