This information is provided by communication operators, owners of technological communication networks, organisers of the dissemination of information on the Internet, as well as by other persons having a unique identifier of a combination of communication means and other technical means on the Internet
  
   
• Information of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of October 31, 2019 - Russians will be notified of the receipt of documents certified by electronic signature
