  Decision calling to account for a tax violation may be appealed against in the higher tax body, which is also necessary for subsequent appealing in court.
   
• Report of the Federal Tax Service of February 15, 2011 on the Documents Attached to the Appeal Submitted to the Tax Body
  The appeal is submitted in writing.
