• Information of the Bank of Russia dated May 19, 2022 The Bank of Russia has softened the temporary procedure for cash transactions - From May 20, 2022, banks can sell any cash foreign currency to citizens without restrictions, except for US dollars and euros.
  
   
• Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 895 of May 18, 2022 on approval of the Rules for the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to credit institutions to compensate for lost income on loans issued for the purchase of priority products for imports
