• Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation No. 538n of August 4, 2021: approval of the list of documents required for establishing an insurance pension, establishing and recalculating the amount of a fixed payment to an insurance pension, taking into account an increase in a fixed payment to an insurance pension, as well as assigning funded pensions, establishing state pensions
  
   
• Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 595 of October 20, 2021: the days from October 30 to November 7, 2021 are declared non-working days with salary retention. However, constituent entities of the Russian Federation are entitled to increase this period. The operation hours of federal cultural and health institutions during non-working days will be determined by the RF Government, and for regional institutions – by the local authorities.
