• Federal Law No. 1-FZ of January 28, 2011 on the Ratification of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States of America on the Measures for the Further Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms
  The treaty was signed in Prague on April 8, 2010.
   
• Information of the Central Bank of Russia of January 31, 2011
  The session of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia left unchanged the rate of refinancing and the interest rates for operations of the Central Bank of Russia. However, the normatives of obligatory reserves are increased from February 1, 2011.
