ADHESION AGREEMENT
(version of April 14, 2021)

The User hereby undertakes to meet the following conditions specified in this Agreement:

1. The Contractor under this Agreement shall be the OOO Garant-Press.

2. The Contractor undertakes to render the services of granting the access to the Electronic periodical catalogue “GARANT System” (electronic information product) published on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue), to the User under his/her request.

3. The User shall be permitted to work with the Catalogue from the moment of obtaining of the unique combination of login and password. The login shall be the telephone number of the User specified in his/her request.

4. The User shall be permitted to work with the Catalogue till the end of the day when he/she was provided with the login and the password and during the next three (3) days from said moment.

5. The User shall undertake to observe the copyright legislation.

6. The User shall have no right to provide the login and the password to any third parties and shall be obliged to ensure their safety and confidentiality.

7. The Catalogue contains the texts of laws, decrees, decisions, orders, instructions and other legal materials. Adding of information to the Catalogue shall be the responsibility of the Catalogue copyright holder.

8. The information of the EPS “GARANT System”, including the copyright material (comments, books, articles, answers to questions, advice etc.) is of a reference character. The website copyright holder and the Catalogue copyright holder shall bear no liability for the correctness of the information in the copyright materials.

9. The Catalogue shall be published on the Internet “as it is”, i.e., as it is prepared by the author and shall not be amended at the User’s option.

10. The access to the Catalogue shall allow the User to use the relevant versions of the documents included in the Catalogue, through the telecommunication access to the necessary Catalogue published on the Internet during the access period (item 4 of this Agreement). The access can only be granted on condition of connection of the User to the Internet, and the price of services of the communication operator servicing the User shall be paid by the User independently.

11. The copyright holder of the website shall bear no liability for any failures in the access to the Catalogue occurred not through its fault.

12. The User shall give his/her consent to the receipt of information on news, campaigns and offers of the website copyright holder and its partners, including advertisement messages, by telephone, SMS, MMS and e-mail.

13. Upon getting the access, the User shall provide the necessary data, including his/her personal data, to the Contractor. For execution of this Agreement, the data shall be registered and processed by the Contractor, including their collection, systematisation, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, amending), use, distribution (including transfer to third parties), redaction, blocking and destruction, in accordance with the purposes specified above. The consent shall be given by the User for an indefinite period, shall not require any periodical confirmation and can be recalled according to the procedure envisaged by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. The User shall have the right to recall the consent by sending of a written application to the Contractor by a registered letter with the notice of delivery or by handing over personally to the representative of the Contractor against signature.

14. For improvement of the Catalogue, the Contractor shall have the right to analyse the work of the Principal with the Catalogue, including analysis of cookies.

15. The User shall confirm his/her familiarisation with the conditions of this Agreement, including provision of the consent to processing of his/her personal data, and his/her agreement with said conditions.
