- Decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation No. 9 of March 30, 2020: for violation of the "safe meter" citizens may face a fine of 15,000 roubles. The Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation ordered all citizens of the Russian Federation to maintain a distance of at least one meter to other citizens, including in public places and public transport, (except for taxi). The penalty for violation is fixed in the amount of from 15,000 to 40,000 roubles for ordinary citizens (now it is provided for the RF Code of Administrative Offences, since it was amended on April 1, 2020)
