- Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 504 of June 14, 2013 on how much and in what manner payment for the use of federal public highways is to be made after November 1, 2014 for lorries over 12 tons to compensate for the damage caused by them to roads. A satellite route tracking system will be involved, and lorries will have to feature on-board devices for the purpose of connecting thereto
