  Adjusts the above rules.
   
• Letter of the Department of the Tax and Customs Tariff Policy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 03-05-06-03/02 of January 14, 2011 on the Payment of State Duty in Cash
  The fact of payment of state duty in cash may be confirmed with the bank slip.
