  From January 1, 2011, it makes Rbl 68 per litre of anhydrous alcohol.
   
• Regulation of the Central Bank of Russia No. 361-P of November 15, 2010 on the Procedure for the Bank to Report in the Electronic Form to the Contrl Body in Charge of the Payment of Insurance Contributions the Opening or Closing of the Account, the Changing of the Account Details
  The banks must report to contrl bodies the opening and closing of accounts, as well as the changing of their details.
